Review by hotel critic
The ground floor garden view room/studio I had the pleasure of staying in was not only spacious but also came equipped with a large fully stocked kitchen, perfect for those who enjoy preparing their own meals. The comfortable beds and balcony facing the garden provided a tranquil setting for a good night's rest. The location on a quiet residential street within walking distance to shops and amenities was convenient. The easy access to the nearby motorway made exploring the area a breeze. The owner was courteous and accommodating, adding a personal touch to the experience.Bergische Idylle offers a decent value for the price with its modern amenities such as a lovely bathroom and the convenience of self-check-in. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to the city, this is a solid choice.
